Richard Poyntz - Meet the team

Richard first came into Estate Agency 52 years ago in 1965, he first became actively involved in the Canvey property market on the 2nd January 1975! Richard became a member of The National Association of Estate Agents in 1968 and is a past regional chairman He is a Licensed Fellow of the Association and expects the very highest professional standards at all times indeed as required by the Association.

James has over 25 years' experience in the local property market and has been at Richard Poyntz and Co since 2000 becoming a partner in 2003 .He is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Residential Letting Agents . As well as a property valuer he is a skilled negotiator with a highly respected reputation due to his strong local knowledge and expertise in the property field.

Sara has built an impressive career in the estate agency industry, starting at a young age and covering all aspects of the field. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable assets to our team, and we strive to learn from her example and dedication to her work.

Rob has over 25 years experience in estate agency and joined Richard Poyntz in 2003. Our Branch Manager has a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Overseeing Property valuations and sale progression he prides himself on providing a first class service to all his clients.

An Estate Agent since 1997, Richard joined Richard Poyntz and Co in 2004. He is responsible for valuations, sales progression and conducting viewings. He prides himself on good service and finding the right buyers for homes.

Karen Turp brings with her a wealth of experience in estate agency, lettings, and financial services, spanning four decades since the 1980s. Since 2005, she has been an integral part of our office, showcasing her expertise and meticulous attention to detail in ensuring that every task is executed with precision.

Having been in the industry for over 15 years I have supported a wide range of clients in most aspects of financial planning from buying their first home to establishing an income in retirement. I also support businesses with their financial planning needs such as group pension planning and employee benefits.

Evie joins our team as a highly valued member, bringing a wealth of enthusiasm. We are confident that her addition will greatly enhance our team's capabilities and drive our success to new heights
